Who we are
Anthony James Property Management is the block and estate management team of Anthony James Consultancy Ltd, which also runs sales, lettings and commercial services from Charlotte House on Hoghton Street, Southport.
We have managed leasehold property since 2002, and our property management team has 18 full-time members. We act as managing agent and company secretary for resident management companies, Right to Manage companies and freeholders, with a specialist practice in higher-risk buildings.
Having sales, lettings and block management under one roof means leasehold packs, sales and lettings in the buildings we manage are joined up.
Our approach is built on the same foundation as every Anthony James service: partnership, communication and transparency. You keep control of your building and contribute to every decision.
