How accessible this site is

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to use it with a keyboard alone, zoom it up to 200% without losing anything, and it follows your device’s dark mode and reduced-motion settings.

Every change to the site is checked automatically for accessibility problems and for keyboard use before it goes live. We have not yet had the site tested by a person using a screen reader. That is planned, and we will update this page when it is done.

What we know is not fully accessible

  • Some PDF documents: our privacy policy, complaints procedure and complaints form, landlord fee schedule and client money protection certificates may not work well with screen readers. The same information is on our complaints and lettings fees pages, you can make a complaint online, and we will send any document in another format if you ask.
  • Other companies’ services, such as the resident portal, are run by their own providers and are outside our control.

Ask for another format, or tell us about a problem

If you need information in another format, such as large print, easy read, audio or a different language, or something on this site doesn’t work for you, please tell us:

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, and we’ll help you another way in the meantime, for example over the phone.

If you’re not happy with our response

Please use our complaints procedure. You can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice, on 0808 800 0082 or at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
