Cookies and your device
What this website keeps on your device, why, and for how long. We don't use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
Like cookies, your browser's own storage can keep small pieces of information on your device. The law treats both the same way, so this page covers both. We only keep what this site needs to work, plus anything you choose to let it remember.
What we keep
| What | Why | How long | Do we ask first? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your cookie choice | So we don't ask you again on every page. | 12 months, then we ask again. | No. It's needed for the site to work. |
| A resident help request you haven't sent yet | So you can finish it later, like a shopping basket. | Until you close the browser tab. If you choose “Remember my details”, until you send it, or 30 days. | Only to keep it after this visit. |
| Details you type during this visit | So you don't have to type them twice while you're here. | Until you close the browser tab. | No. It's part of the request you're making. |
| Your name, email, phone and building | So resident help forms fill in for you next time. | Until you turn "Remember my details" off, or 12 months, when we ask again. | Yes. Only if you choose "Remember my details". |
Other companies
Browsing this site doesn't share information with other companies. Our fonts and pictures come from our own website.
Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a computer program, is sending them. Cloudflare processes information about your device and browser for this check. It protects our forms, so it doesn't need your permission.
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media open those services, which have their own cookie policies.
Changing your mind
Use "Cookie settings" at the foot of any page. If you turn "Remember my details" off, we delete those details from your device straight away. You can also clear this site's data in your browser's settings.
