Aimee joins us fresh from completing her T-Level in Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction, where she excelled both academically and practically. Her qualifications are the equivalent of 3 A-Levels, and she completed over 300 hours of hands-on experience in an architectural and administrative setting.

Outside the office, Aimee is a committed rugby player, showing the teamwork, resilience and grit that will serve her well in her career.

Although early in her career, Aimee shows huge promise, and we're excited to support her development as a valued member of the team.

From resident enquiries and contractor visits to compliance checks and accurate property records, she helps keep communication between residents, directors and contractors clear and efficient.

People-focused experience. Before joining the property sector, Abby spent three years working in hospitality, where she developed excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

A fresh perspective. Abby also spent time travelling around Asia, embracing new cultures and experiences, which has strengthened her adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Team spirit. Outside the office, Abby is a keen netball player and values the teamwork, commitment and energy the sport brings, traits she carries into her professional life.

With a strong foundation in block management and an IRPM Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Leasehold Management, Georgia understands the detail behind service charges, reserve funds, major works programmes and management structures. She anticipates buyer and solicitor questions and keeps leasehold sales moving.

Clear, confident communicator. Drawing on her background in design studies and client-facing roles, Georgia explains complex leasehold matters in straightforward terms. Buyers feel informed rather than overwhelmed, and sellers feel supported throughout.

An adopted "sandgrounder", Gemma has lived in Southport almost all of her life. It is not uncommon to find her in the best bars in town searching for the finest wine, while also being the best mummy possible. Gemma provides valuations, marketing, sales negotiation and support for her clients through to completion, as well as being a consistent point of contact for buyers looking for the perfect home.

With a distinction-level background in Business Studies and Digital Media, Ellie sharpened her organisational skills running busy office operations before thriving in high-energy retail, where tight deadlines and surprise stocktakes were all part of the day. That mix of process-driven precision and on-your-feet adaptability means she can handle any curveball a tenancy might throw.

With her tech-savvy creativity, unwavering attention to detail and genuine care for everyone involved in a move, every tenancy under Ellie's watch feels like a five-star service (all while sporting a fresh manicure that changes colour more often than the Mersey tide).

Mandy specialises in tenant liaison, resident welfare and property inspections. She makes sure residents feel supported, informed and listened to throughout their tenancy or during works in their building, acting as a key point of contact between managing agents, contractors, landlords and occupiers.

Her routine and responsive property visits report on condition issues and help identify maintenance priorities, protecting both resident safety and long-term value. Her structured reporting supports proactive management rather than reactive problem solving.

Outside work, Mandy enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly attending gym classes and exploring the hiking trails of Merseyside and Lancashire with her two sons.

Suzie has a strong working knowledge of current lettings law, including Right to Rent checks, deposit protection and prescribed information. Her structured, detail-oriented approach helps tenancies progress efficiently, compliantly and with minimal stress.

She understands that property matters can feel complex or high-pressure, and she is known for her calm, solutions-focused communication style.

A lifelong Southport resident, Suzie brings excellent local knowledge of rents, demand and neighbourhoods. Outside work, she enjoys exploring Southport's independent cafés in search of the perfect coffee.

Owen is studying Building Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University and works with us alongside his studies, putting his knowledge into practice and gaining valuable experience in the property industry. We're delighted to have him on the team.
