Renting since 1 May 2026

Under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, assured tenancies became rolling (periodic) tenancies on 1 May 2026. Section 21 ‘no fault’ notices can no longer be used: a landlord can only end a tenancy using a legal ground for possession. Rent can go up once a year, with two months’ notice. We handle this for you and tell you exactly what applies to your home.

Would you rather look after the tenancy yourself? We also collect rent on its own, or simply find you a tenant. Every option and fee is on our lettings fees page.

Is this right for you?

  • Landlords who would rather not deal with tenants, repairs and paperwork themselves
  • Landlords who live away from the area or abroad
  • Landlords who want help keeping up with the Renters’ Rights Act and safety rules
