What it is

We run every stage of consultation under section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, prepare specifications, obtain competitive tenders and supervise the works, so costs stay fair and recoverable.

  • Boards who want consultation done properly, so costs stay fair and recoverable
What it means for youLeaseholders are kept informed at every stage, and each step follows the law.Every building is different. Book a call back and we’ll talk you through how this would work for yours.
