Our block management is director-led by Mark Cunningham AssocRICS MTPI, who has over 20 years' experience in residential surveying, fire risk assessment and leasehold management. Fire risk assessments are carried out by our own registered assessors, and service charge accounts are prepared by our finance team.
Every property manager is qualified or working towards a Property Institute qualification. You can read each person's qualifications, and check them on the public registers, on our team page.
